On Saturday, about seventy parents, teachers and children spent the late afternoon and early evening at Chula’s Restaurant on 15th Street. The Panama City Renaissance School Spanish teacher, Ana Montorio, organized the wonderful event. The kids sang, danced, read Spanish menus, toured the kitchen, talked with the staff in Spanish and ate yummy Latin American food. What a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
